The "LAZY" leather cargo shorts are inspired by the 1st model of the U.S. Army’s jungle fatigues. Featuring an exposed zipper front, these shorts earn their name, "LAZY," for their relaxed and practical functionality. The silhouette includes pleats for a comfortable, slightly loose fit, reflecting a modern, laid-back aesthetic.

Equipped with a total of eight pockets, including dedicated phone and hidden pockets, these shorts offer both functionality and style. The leather is crafted from Ezo deer, infused with oil to bring out its rugged, textured grain through a special tanning process. With a thickness carefully adjusted to 1.2mm, each piece is crafted with a natural edge finish, ensuring that no two pairs are alike—each is truly one of a kind.

Handwritten leather tags and meticulous finishing on every detail underscore the unique value of these shorts. Designed for year-round wear, they can be layered over skinny jeans or leggings for versatile styling.

The Ezo deer leather used here is both ethical and sustainable, repurposing hides from Ezo deer—a subspecies native to Hokkaido, Japan—that would otherwise go to waste. This thoughtful material selection highlights respect for nature and life. The full vegetable tanning process uses plant-based tannins, avoiding pigments entirely and relying on dyes alone. Treated with Italian hard wax, the leather develops natural color variations and a vintage-like burnished look. Its unique texture and natural scars from wild deer create an authentically rugged appearance, and with time, the leather’s beauty will continue to evolve, displaying a rich patina.
